Week 30 update

eirenical*deep breath* *crosses fingers* I think my plateau streak may be over! *pause* Or... it could just be because I walked 10 miles while in the city on Saturday. O_O I'll let you know on that one next week. ^_^
I lost 3 lbs. this week. That's a total of 36.8 lbs. gone. And because I am so damn glad that I finally broke through the thus far unbreakable barrier of the next 10 lb. mark... I'll tell you what I weigh: 179.4 lbs. I am under 180 lbs. for the first time in almost 10 years. And it feels damned good to say that. :D
I will now go celebrate with an egg white and avocado sandwich. ^_^
