Beware: The Chibis Have Taken Control!

So... there are going to be a few changes around here. Nothing major, nothing that will really impact you in any way, but will make things significantly easier for me. Right now, I'm maintaining four different places where I post my fanfiction -- my LJ comm, my DW comm, ff.net and AO3. That's getting ridiculously cumbersome, especially as, let's face it, no one is reading my stories on LJ or DW anymore. I post, no one comments. That seems to be the trend. And that's a whole lot of work for very little end on my part.

AO3 and ff.net are easy to post to and I like both archives for different reasons. They have different bells and whistles and, in my experience, fairly different readerships. So, I'm going to keep posting to both. I will also continue to make story announcements here and on tumblr, but I'm going to stop updating my two comms. It just isn't worth my time, anymore and with all the new (good!) developments in my life this year, I need to steal back all the time I can get. My stories on AO3 are not guest-locked so you can read and comment even if you don't have an account -- same on ff.net. AO3 has the added benefit that if you want to download a story to an e-reader to read later, you can do that, too. ff.net lets me upload book covers -- not that I've done many yet, but I'm starting to play with it. ;) So, lots of nifty features and I'm seeing less and less reason to look outside of them. So. *coughs* What's the story, here? The story is that I'm posting a WIP. This goes counter to everything that I've said about writing preferences for the last three years or so, now, but I really don't see this thing working any other way. It's going to take me too long to write otherwise and I currently want to explore the entire 4400 canon from this crossover perspective. So. Yeah. -.-;;; Not conducive to waiting until I'm finished.

It all started with this post. ( I kept having these random desires to watch the 4400 as I was watching Teen Wolf. )

This first part of the story is all Teen Wolf, though, so I hope you'll give it a chance even if you're not a 4400 fan. Angst and dark plot abounds... ^_^ Enjoy? ^_^

*sigh* I didn't really want to do this, but I'm changing the way the comm works. I'm getting too many spam comments and it seems like I have to delete at least one a day these days.
