Beware: The Chibis Have Taken Control!

Wow. It's been a while, hasn't it? And I had promised myself I was going to do better about posting. *sigh* As usual, I beg distracted by RL and new fandoms. I've fallen headfirst in love into Vikings fandom-- Oh! Damn. I never posted that fic, either. *sigh*

Anyway, I've had this fic sitting unfinished on my computer for almost a year. When JCS closed, I think I just didn't quite have the heart to finish it. So, about a month ago, a friend prodded me, reminding me that I'd never finished this story. I almost dreaded looking at it, because I didn't even entirely remember what it was about and I knew I still had most of Act II to tackle and I just didn't want to. Then I reread it. And I fell in love with it and this show and this ship (these ships?) all over again. And then I realized that I really didn't have that much more I needed to write. So I did. ^_^

So, almost a year too late... enjoy? ^_^

(And for those of you who read it, Perchance to Dream grew out of a section in Chapter 3 of this fic and could be considered sequel-y to it if you were so minded. ^_~)

May 21, 2012: I needed to write today, because, dude… it was a crappy fucking day. I was just… oh, let's call a spade a spade. I was a major cranky-pants. Just… nothing seemed right and I was getting stressed. Stupid levels of stressed. The kind of stupid levels of stressed that prevent me from being about to read more than a paragraph of a book or watch more than five minutes of TV without having to look for some secondary or tertiary thing to do.
