OB Rewrite... Chapter 3

eirenicalTee-hee. ^_^ Now that ARBAON is packaged off to the beta and I can't do another thing with it until I get it back (which won't be for a while), I have turned to other projects. Two scenes, and nearly 2000 words, into Chapter 3 (which is actually the last 1/3 of the original chapter 2 + chapter 3) and I realized something rather funny. So far, I have kept nothing of this original section. O_o;;; In the first two chapters, there were parts I rewrote completely, parts I left alone completely, and parts that I mixed old and new... but I don't think there were any spots that I had completely scrapped 2 1/2 pages and rewritten them. *laughs* Then again... of all the parts of OB I had written before, this entire section (the first trip to Taiitsukun's) was one that I liked the least. One might even say I hated it. It was not good writing, it was very choppy and I didn't take the time I should have to try to fix it. Hopefully this will come out better. ^_^
*waves* Ja ne!

Eiji: You know... I don't know whether to be grateful or insulted that rewatching PoT is making her fic for FY. Didn't she owe us a sequel?
Oishi: Well, Eiji, whether she did or not... I think the answer is that you should be grateful. I hear that Nuriko's already started therapy again.
Fuji: *nodnod* It really is pathetic. I almost feel bad for the man. He was walking around earlier mumbling in disbelief, "Miaka is a yaoi fangirl? Not that it doesn't make things easier, but really... What the hell? Where was that written in the manga?" I was torn between giggling at him and pinching his cheeks for being so cute.
Eiji: *sweatdrop* Perhaps we should introduce her to Emi and Noriko?
Oishi: *blush*
Inui: *eg* Ii data...
Oishi: And where the hell did you come from?
Eiji: *impishly* Perhaps from the icon one entry down?
Fuji: *sagely* Inui is everywhere...
*waves* Ja ne!

Date: 2009-12-21 10:28 pm (UTC)And once I realized that was done, my muse took on a predatory look and started gazing around for something new to work on. Next thing I knew, I was about 2400 words into the rewrite of OB chapter 3. ^_^ ...with more ficcing anticipated tonight! ^_^
And you're welcome to borrow her whenever you like. What are friends for? *snugs*
