GW x Slayers -- Untitled

I haven't posted much recently. *sweatdrop* OK, I haven't posted anything recently. And it's starting to depress me. The last new piece of writing that I posted was my Suikoden III fic... in June. *falls over* Not good. Very not good. So, I decided to get my arse in gear and start posting. It doesn't matter what, or how much, but I'm just going to start posting. Even if it's only a couple of paragraphs.

So, today's posting is my Slayers x Gundam Wing x-over. I have significantly more of it written than what I'm about to post... I just haven't typed it yet. O_O;;; Anyway, this picks up where my last ML post leaves off. Enjoy!

[Weiss Kreuz] -- The Wild Dark (1/1)

*Renee-chan idly notes that her new Ken-chibi is disturbed... very disturbed.*

Omi: *twitch* Ano... don't you mean disturbing, Renee-san?

R-chan: *shakes head* No. I meant disturbed. Considering how upset I was with what they did with his character in Gluhen, I'm not altogether thrilled with the fact that my Ken-chibi seems to be very Gluhen-ish. I liked him how he was before.

Ken: *wanders over to see what all the fuss is about* Ano... Renee-san, didn't you say you were going to introduce the fic?

R-chan: *blinkyblinky* That's not what I'm doing?

Ken: *sweatdrop* No.

R-chan: *blush* Oops...

*coughs* Anyway, the point is that shortly after stating that I was going to try to start posting stuff... I had written this. I have no idea where it came from. All I can say is that I have a very disturbed Ken-chibi. He's very Gluhen-ish... which is strange because I very much don't like what they did with his character in Gluhen, not to mention his fighting gear. *shudders* What the hell is with that oh-shoot-me-now mondo-turtleneck thing, anyway? *twitch*

So really, what I think this fic boils down to is that my mind desperately wanted an explanation for why sweet, lovable Ken would suddenly become psycho-killer Ken. The really funny thing, though, is that this wasn't supposed to be about Ken. It was supposed to be about angsty!Omi and dead!Ouka. *sweatdrop* Don't ask me. I just do what the chibis tell me to do.

( And yea, though we walk through the valley of Ken's insanity, we shall fear no evil for Yohji art with us... or something like that. )
