*deep breath* OK, everyone. As I've slowly been posting all of my older fics to the new fanfic community (rchan_fic), it has occurred to me that it's been a while since I worked on OB. And I've been feeling a mite nostalgic this week...

So, here we go. ^_^ Initial starting word count on Part 5 is 8,694.

*laughs* Yeah... that's a holdover from that fact that all my initial forays into fanfiction were anime related. ^_^

OB (Osozaki Blooms) was my grand Fushigi Yuugi epic. I still love the basic story idea... it's just that the execution was so shoddy that I couldn't even consider trying to finish it without completely rewriting the initial eight chapters. Yes... the word you're looking for is "anal retentive." ^_^

Oh, see, I assumed that Osozaki Blooms was the name of the fandom! Not that it matters since I've never heard of Fushigi Yuugi either. ;)

It's actually a really good series. I still occasionally enjoy rewatching it. ^_^ If anime's at all your thing, I would recommend it. ^_^

Ah! *laughs* Just remembered... If you've ever read my "chibi silliness" bits at the end of any of my Hair fanfiction, someone named Nuriko (and occasionally someone named Tasuki) make frequent appearances. They're always warning the other characters and trying to get them to flee from me while they still can. ^_^ Well... both Nuriko and Tasuki are from FY and Nuriko tries to get everyone to run away thanks to his years of therapy post-OB. He was unthrilled when I started the rewrite.
