Too tired for a long entry, but here's the day's final tally... because, though I want to write more, I'm too damned tired. "The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak." ^_^

NaNoWriMo Day 3: 14178 / 50000 words. 28% done!

At this rate, I'll hit 50,000 a week ahead of schedule. Maybe I should aim for 60,000 and make it a real Nano. ^_^ I've written on average, 1614 new words each day. To write 50,000 words in 30 days, one must average 1667 words each day. That's entirely do-able. ^_^ And now that I've gotten a feel for how long each of these outlined scenes is going to be (which is to say, much longer than I'd initially thought), I have to reevaluate and say that I think this thing could hit 60,000... easily. O_O *ponders* We'll have to see. ^_~
