In other news, you must all go read this fic: The Release by zoicite. Now. I don't care if you've seen Prometheus Bound or not. If you have a passing knowledge of Greek mythology, you will understand it. In her own words:

"Essentially, this is Aeschylus's Prometheus Bound, about the punishment of the Greek god who stole fire and gave it to humans, presented as an immersive rock musical. Prometheus (Gavin Creel) is chained to a 'rock' for the duration of the show, half naked and very sweaty, and is visited by various other characters who taunt and torment him.

About halfway through the show Prometheus is visited by Oceanos (Michael Cunio), who basically goes all seducer on him and then offers to go to Zeus on Prometheus's behalf (most likely because he wants Prometheus for himself as some kind of sex slave. I'm just saying. That's how it read on stage - or on Oceanos's ladder, whatever).

So anyway, naturally I wrote fic."
