Well, on a lighter note, I got a writing itch for the first time in a while this morning, so I opened up ARBAON and got to cracking. ^_^

*cheers* Congrats on the 50,000! That's a huge milestone! I'm still plugging away at that goal, but while my creativity is going strong my writing quality is not. Alas.

And I do hope your job sucks a little less than it has been. It's hard to be stuck in a place for 40 (add or remove + as needed) hours each week when there's major suckage about. *hugs*

As for the job... yeah. I think I'm pretty much done with it. *sigh* In fact, I'm starting to think I'm done with private practice, period. Starting to look into government and industry jobs. Maybe I'll find something that will allow me to bring my stress level down from 100% at least one day a week. :-P

So, I decided to revisit old fandoms (of which this is one). And I remembered a fic where Jason's mother was a green ranger which had another fic that had a Zhane/Andros pairing. I never read the second one because slash would make me run screaming, but I'm far more mature now and looked them up. Low and behold, you are writing at the same time I'm revisiting. The only thing that could make this better is if you put this fic out in chapters instead of taunting us with snippets. You are an evil evil person.

^_^ What a pleasant surprise! ^_^ I'm really glad that you enjoyed them, and even more glad that you decided to give "Forget Me Not" a try, even with the slash. Hope it wasn't bad enough to make you run screaming. :)

As for my decisions about releasing the fic... I've released many stories as chapter fics before. And almost without fail, I haven't finished a single one of them. It makes editing the whole too difficult and I find I run out of steam. So, I decided that, even though I intend to release this as chapters, I want to have it all done before I start doing so. ^_^ But, fear not! I feel like I'm approaching a natural stopping point for this fic, so I should be releasing it soon. ^_~ Though there is more slash... And that now means this series will become a quartet, not a trilogy... *sigh* I'll get to the end eventually, honest!

Anyway, thanks so much for your kind comments! More fuel for the ego never hurts the writing process! ^_^

Ah I get that. Better to have it done than leave the fic unfinished. I'm actually a big fan of slash now, I don't know why, just am. I'm a huge fan of Zhane and Andros, though (even though I was far too old for power rangers when they came about). So I'm waiting on the fic for them, though the other stuff definitely looks interesting. I am curious to see if you will be incorporating the spirit animal stuff from the first one, especially as it seems the animals like to gossip.

^_^ Glad you understand -- it always did frustrate me when I was faithfully reading every chapter that an author released just to have them stop writing and never get to the end. O_o;;; It happens way too often. *nodnod*

*sly grin* Who could resist the slashy goodness that is the Red and Silver Lightstar Rangers? *eg* And you're never too old for PR. ^_~ Ironically enough, now that you mention it, "Rose" doesn't seem to have much of the spirit animals in it. O_O Which begs the question... Why? *good-natured grumping* May have to fiddle with that a little... ^_^
