| Poached Frozen Tofu Back in the swing and really enjoying my new recipes. *beams* This is basically frozen tofu which was defrosted, cut into slices and cooked in a vegetable broth for 15 minutes so it soaked up all the juices. You can then dip it in corn starch and pan-fry it, but... O_O It was just so good this way I didn't want to experiment. Maybe tomorrow... Recipe can be found here at justbento.com. |

| Spicy Lentil Snacks with Carrot Sticks Another justbento.com recipe. Oh. My. G--. *_* I think I could eat these all day. It's a mixture of lentils, brown rice, sauteed onions and garlic, and a bunch of spices. I confess, though, I cheated. I didn't have coriander or garam masala... so I just replaced every spice I didn't have with curry powder -- 'cuz they're all in it! ^_^ And, oh man did these come out tasty! *_* |
